We are pleased to announce the release of PSIAM version 3.5.0.0 today. Many exciting changes have been added to this release, including:
- Error in Schema Editor when using SQL 2008
- Database Installer directory selection
- Language Selection
- Dispatch Queue copy function
- Algorithm Analysis Report showed extra Algorithm with 0 count
- Archive Problems are fixed for some server configurations
- Saving a Call Log as an Image only saved the first page
- When DET code is updated in ProQA it reports on the Call Log Version
Version 3.5.0.0 includes a number of software enhancements and defect fixes throughout the system. Software enhancements for this version include:
- Aqua Interface export and selection of calls
- Added functionality to our default listener
- Generic Listener can now Auto Cancel if EMD leaves the cancel window open
- New KPI Report for all calls not just calls run through Teleguides
- When EMD Cancels a call the Generic Listener can now specify a reason
NOTE: When our version 4.0 comes out next year it will NOT support SQL 2000, Windows Server 2000 or Windows 2K Desktop.
